The Capital Access Program provides loan guarantees to small businesses seeking access to commercial credit. Premiums paid by the borrower and matched by Vermont Economic Development Authority fund a reserve account which insures loans enrolled in the program. Borrowers with gross annual sales of $5 million or less are eligible for the program.
