The Coordinated Low Emissions Assistance Network (CLEAN) will be offering a free webinar on Low Emission Development Strategies (LEDS): Capacity Building and Training to explore activity design, lessons learned, future capacity building plans, major ongoing needs and opportunities for enhanced collaboration. It will be held on May 24, 2011 from 13:30-15:00 GMT with the following agenda:
