AVAILABILITY: This Schedule is available in all territory served by the Cooperative, subject to its established Service Rules and Regulations. APPLICABILITY: This Schedule is applicable to any consumer served by the Cooperative. ADJUSTMENT RIDERS AND TAXES: The Cooperative's approved Wholesale Power and TIER Adjustment, as well as the current North Carolina State Sales Tax, shall be applicable to all service supplied under this Schedule. Each lamp, since its power supply is un-metered, shall have a monthly estimated usage assigned for billing purposes as follows: 250-watt high-pressure sodium lamp - 95 kWh per month
